*1	Author cannot be registered as Accompanying Person.
	Accompanying person must be a spouse or a family member of the registered participant. Attendants aged 15 or under are regarded as Accompanying Person without registration.

*NOTE

• Confirmation can be printed as many times as you want at anytime during registration by Oct 4, 2012.
• A receipt can only be printed once. Please inquire the registration desk if you failed to print.

Cancellation Policy

• Please note that cancellation after the registration is not accepted.
• Your registration fee will not be refunded once registered, therefore please be very careful not to make double payment.
